Parcels are shipped the day you have placed your order if placed before 12.00 - and at the latest within 48 hours after you have placed your order.
They are shipped via DPD, a transport company, which offers 3 options :
- Home delivery, or any other adress that you will schedule by appointment. You will be contacted by DPD by SMS/email.
- Delivery at your work place.
- Delivery at a parcel depot. If you go for that, a list of parcel depots nearest the given adress will be available.

In case of an exchange or return, 2 options :
1. Call us between 9h00-12h00 and 14h00-17h00 on the following number : 03.59.82.15.15
2. Send an email to email@example.com explaining which pair you want to exchange, why and the new model and size you wish to have instead.

We accept exchanges / returns within a time period of 14 days from the date you have received your order. In the following cases : mistake in the choice of shoe size, typing error, change of mind. The costs of return are the responsibility of the client, the costs of reshipping are our responsibility.
Special case : Christmas gift. Deadlines for exchanges are longer during the Christmas period. For any purchase placed within the 30 days preceding Christmas, namely between November 24th and December 24th, ecxchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after Christmas, namely January 8th included. After this date, no more exchanges will be possible.
